Return Policy
We accept product returns only if the product is not working. Please inspect your item immediately upon delivery and report any functionality issues to us.

Advance Payment
For orders exceeding Rs. 10,000, a 50% advance payment is mandatory. The remaining 50% can be paid as Cash on Delivery.

Delay Compensation
If the delivery of your product is delayed by more than 31 days from the order date, we will pay you a compensation of Rs. 200 per day for every additional day of delay.

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order at any time up to 1 day (24 hours) from the time the order was placed. Cancellations are not accepted after this period.
